Sue Ellen Kendall Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Sue Ellen Kendall, 70, of Evansville, passed away Friday, July 15, 2022 at Linda E. White Hospice House. She was born December 10, 1951 in Greenwood, Mississippi to the late Thomas K. and Ruth (Ridgeway) Minyard. Sue graduated from Central High School and worked in Special Education at Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation for over 42 years. She was a former member of Northside Civitan. Sue was a friend to everyone and enjoyed helping others. She is survived by her sister, Georgian Neisz; niece, Heather Mayes; and great nieces, Autumn Mayes and Katelyn Neisz; best friend, Jeannett Hayes; and family friend, Bob Bernat. In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by her husband, Kent Kendall. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at Ziemer Funeral Home North Chapel, 6300 N. First Ave., Evansville. Funeral service will begin at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at the funeral home with Reverend Tim Garrett officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at Deaconess Hospital and Linda E. White Hospice for their compassionate care of Sue.
