Judith Ann (Davis) Weatherford Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Judith Ann (Davis) Weatherford went to her heavenly home on Monday, January 11, 2021. She was born March 8, 1958 in Evansville to the late Rosalie (Wade) and Earl Leroy Davis. Judi graduated from Bosse High School and received her Associate Degree from Ivy Tech. She was a kind spirit and willing to help others. She worked at Sonitrol for 20 years. Judi created beautiful cross stitch taking care that the back was as beautiful as the front. She was an avid Cubs baseball fan. Judi helped her husband create and sustain ministries in the assisted living communities for several years. She affectionately called members her “peeps”. Judi is survived by her loving husband, Herbert P. Weatherford; sister, Phyllis Johnson; mother-in-law, Shirley Weatherford; stepchildren, Herbert, Jr., and Latoya Weatherford and her son, Elijah; sister-in-law, Karen Davis; nephew, Michael (Dana) Davis; great nephew, Knox Davis. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Gary Davis. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Ziemer Funeral Home Central Chapel, 626 N. First Ave., Evansville. Funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Reverend Tim Garrett officiating. The service will be livestreamed on the Ziemer Funeral Home and Cremation Services’ Facebook page 20 minutes prior to the start time.
