David Diedrich

David Diedrich, 69, of Evansville, passed away Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Linda White Hospice House. He was born November 19, 1952 in Evansville, to the late Carl W. and Betty Anne (Kincaid) Diedrich, Sr. David graduated from Bosse High School and worked as a lineman for SIGECO and Vectren. He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the VFW and American Legion. He was also a member of the West Side Nut Club and the Eagles. David enjoyed bowling, golfing, playing cards, and spending time boating at the river. David is survived by daughters; Monika (Tim) Smith, Patti (Brad) Sights; sons, Erik (Zoe) Diedrich, Jonathan (Natalie) Diedrich; grandchildren; Dava Smith, Collin (Faith) Smith, Trent Smith, Diedrich Smith, Mitchell Sights, Madelyn Sights, Markus Diedrich, Jade Diedrich; brother, Carl (Carol) Diedrich, Jr.; and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; stepmother, Mary Ruth Diedrich; and sister, Barbara Anne Wilson. A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
